With over 15 years of experience supporting organizations through strategic events, nonprofit initiatives, and operational leadership, Monique founded YHD to provide the kind of structured, strategic support she saw organizations repeatedly need—but struggle to access.

Her leadership focuses on helping organizations move from complexity to clarity, and from ideas to sustainable execution.
